Suhagan Chudail

On the evening of August 14, 2024, the events in the Shikawat family took a dramatic and tragic turn. The incident began with Nishiganda delivering the heartbreaking news to Moksh that his beloved Deeya had passed away. Moksh, unable to process this devastating loss, was in deep denial. Nishiganda tried to comfort him, asking him to accept the harsh reality. But her words did little to console him. Moksh revealed to Nishiganda that Deeya was not just a childhood friend; she was the love of his life.

Suhagan Chudail- Moksh blamed Nishiganda for Deeya’s death

Moksh’s grief soon turned into anger as he blamed Nishiganda for Deeya’s death. He believed that Nishiganda’s actions, particularly her involvement in his life, had led to this tragedy. Raghunath, another member of the family, supported Moksh’s claim and added to the accusations against Nishiganda. The atmosphere in the house became tense, and emotions ran high.

Moksh’s aunt, overwhelmed with grief and anger, attempted to throw Gangajal at Nishiganda. However, she hesitated, frightened by Nishiganda’s ominous presence. It was clear that Nishiganda was fighting against her darker instincts, trying to control her witch-like impulses to harm Moksh’s family.

Suhagan Chudail- Moksh angrily expelled Nishiganda from their home

As the night darkened, the family witnessed a meteorite streaking across the sky. This was interpreted as a bad omen, reinforcing their belief that Nishiganda’s presence brought nothing but misfortune. The Shikawat family was convinced that they would never find peace as long as Nishiganda remained in their lives. Fueled by this belief, Moksh angrily expelled Nishiganda from their home, demanding that she never return.

Suhagan Chudail- Maha Asur might still be alive

After being thrown out, Nishiganda sought solace at the Maha Asur Temple. But to her horror, she discovered that the statue of Maha Asur was missing. Nishiganda recounted to Vishtar, a confidant, how she had witnessed the statue being destroyed in an explosion. However, she had never found the body parts, raising fears that Maha Asur might still be alive.

Suhagan Chudail- Maha Asur regained his strength

Indeed, her fears were justified. A crow, using hypnotic powers, guided a man to reassemble the statue of Maha Asur. As the statue was pieced together, Maha Asur regained his strength and vowed to seek revenge on Nishiganda. He took on a human form, making him even more dangerous.

Nishiganda realized the perilous situation. She knew that Moksh’s life was now in grave danger. Maha Asur, she understood, would target Moksh as part of his plan to regain full power. To do so, Maha Asur needed Moksh’s body to assume a human form, as well as the strength of Deeya’s locket, which was now in Moksh’s possession. Despite the hatred directed at her by Moksh, Nishiganda resolved to protect him at all costs.

Suhagan Chudail- Nishiganda would continue to defend Moksh

Vishtar questioned whether Nishiganda would continue to defend Moksh, even knowing how much he despised her. Nishiganda’s resolve remained unshaken. She was determined to use every power and resource at her disposal to shield Moksh from Maha Asur’s wrath. Nishiganda recalled how Deeya, despite being a mere human, had managed to defeat her in the past. Drawing strength from this memory, she took a solemn vow to do everything in her power to protect Moksh from the looming danger.

The following day, the Shikawat family noticed that Moksh was deeply saddened by Deeya’s death. They speculated on how he could ever love again after such a loss. Moksh’s aunt voiced her fears, believing that Nishiganda, being a witch, would not leave them easily and would continue to haunt their lives.

Suhagan Chudail- Nishiganda returned to the Shikawat family

Raghunath, trying to console Moksh, proposed finding a pandit who could perform rituals to rid them of Nishiganda forever. However, Nishiganda was not ready to give up. She returned to the Shikawat family, where Moksh confronted her. He questioned her intentions, suspecting that she had come to kill him. Nishiganda reminded him that she was still his wife and, as such, would stand by his side.

Suhagan Chudail- Nishiganda needed to stay close to Moksh

Moksh, unwilling to accept her presence, tried once again to expel her from the house. But Nishiganda stood firm. She understood that she needed to stay close to Moksh to protect him and his family from the dangers that lay ahead. In a surprising move, Nishiganda suggested that if Moksh wanted to break up with her, they should have a break-up party.

Suhagan Chudail- Nishiganda danced with Moksh

Nishiganda then began to dance, creating a protective barrier around the house. She danced with Moksh and his family, attempting to lighten the mood and bring some semblance of normalcy. However, Moksh was not swayed. He turned off the music and challenged Nishiganda, saying that if she truly wanted to be his wife, they should seek the blessings of the Goddess. Nishiganda hesitated, knowing that placing the Chinri (a sacred mark) on her forehead would cause her harm.

As the episode came to an end, it was evident that the tension in the Shikawat family was far from over. The arrival of Maha Asur, disguised as a baba (holy man), at Moksh’s house in the next episode, hinted at more trouble ahead. Nishiganda’s battle to protect Moksh from the malevolent forces was only just beginning, and it remained to be seen whether she could overcome the hatred and suspicion surrounding her to save the man she had vowed to protect.

Episode ends.
