Shiv Shakti – Tap Tyaag Tandav

He orders her to turn around and face him, but she refuses, stating she cannot comply.
Seeing her defiance, Sardaran’s husband, Sardar, intervenes, concocting a story that his wife’s eyes are infected and she cannot see anyone. However, the Asur Commander notices that Sardaran is standing in front of Mumba and realizes that Sardar is lying. Enraged by this deception, he kicks Sardar, which angers Mumba. Despite the rising tension, Sardaran remains resolute, refusing to turn around as commanded.
The Asur Commander, now frustrated, brandishes his weapon and threatens to attack Sardaran if she does not obey him. Mumba, concerned for Sardaran’s safety, urges her to comply. But Sardaran, torn between protecting Mumba and respecting the Shivling, refuses to turn around. The Asur Commander, ignoring pleas from Sardar and the other villagers, strikes Sardaran from behind. She cries out in pain but continues to hold onto the Shivling, her devotion to Lord Shiv unshaken.
In the midst of her suffering, Sardaran begins chanting the name of Mahadev, her cries reaching Lord Shiv, who is deep in meditation. Sensing her distress, Lord Shiv halts his meditation. Mumba, witnessing Sardaran’s pain, begs her to turn around and save herself. However, Sardaran, driven by her devotion, refuses to allow Mumba to die or to dishonor the Shivling. Sardar and the villagers plead with the Asur Commander to stop his attack, but he remains unyielding, striking Sardaran again. Mumba, overcome with emotion, sheds tears that fall upon the Shivling, as the villagers desperately apologize to the Asur Commander.
Realizing that no amount of pleading will deter the Asur Commander, Mumba resolves to confront him herself. But Sardaran, weak and in pain, tells Mumba that she is powerless against him. Mumba, filled with concern, asks Sardaran who will save her if she does not turn around.
At this critical moment, Lord Shiv intervenes by sending a swarm of snakes to the basti. As the background plays the “Hara hara shambhu” song, the villagers are bewildered by the sudden appearance of the snakes, which surround the Asur Commander. Terrified, the Asur Commander flees, leaving the villagers in a state of shock. One villager questions how the snakes appeared so suddenly, while Mumba informs Sardaran that the Asur Commander has left.
Sardaran, now severely weakened, feels dizzy and collapses. Mumba, rushing to her side, tries to comfort her and removes the arrow from her body. Sardaran briefly loses consciousness but, with Mumba’s encouragement, regains it. She urges Mumba to take the Shivling to the ocean, warning that if it remains in the basti, everyone will perish. Mumba, determined to understand more about Mahadev, agrees to fulfill Sardaran’s request but insists on first learning about Lord Shiv’s true nature.
Meanwhile, in another realm, Devraj Indra remarks to Jalandhar that the divine play of Shiv Shakti has begun. Lord Narayan also speaks to Jalandhar, noting that a new story is unfolding. Concurrently, Lord Shiv reflects that the story of the reunion between the Lord and his devotee has started.
As the episode concludes, Sardaran, with her last strength, tells Mumba that Lord Shiv is the ultimate truth, the “Devon ke Dev Mahadev.” She recalls how they worshipped Lord Shiv, but their world was shattered by Jalandhar’s actions. She explains that the only thing they know is that Lord Shiv and Adi Shakti went to the ocean, but beyond that, no one knows what happened to Shiv Shakti. Lord Shiv, aware of Sardaran’s words, foretells that Mumba will soon discover her true identity.
