Piyush arrived and, sensing something was off, inquired about what was happening. Sumitra instructed Piyush to take care of Nikki, emphasizing that she was his responsibility.

Once alone in their room, Piyush confronted Nikki, asking if she intended to harm him. Nikki, confused and hurt, asked him why he would think that. Piyush expressed his frustration, saying she followed him everywhere and prevented him from getting close to her. In response, Nikki asked if he was truly her Piyush, as her Piyush would never doubt her love. Piyush explained that recent events had caused his suspicions. He asked Nikki if she doubted him, to which she shook her head and then, shockingly, stabbed him. She revealed she had been hiding this intention from him.
Piyush, in disbelief, said Nikki must have learned the truth. He remarked that while a spirit does not die, the body does. He also confessed he had intended to kill Piyush and laughed before fainting. At that moment, Nikki snapped back to reality, realizing it was a dream. She reassured herself that Piyush couldn’t die and that he would go to any lengths for her. Piyush then promised to marry her once the issue was resolved and left the room.

Filled with guilt, Nikki apologized to Piyush for not recognizing him sooner. She vowed to find him, as his spirit appeared, stating he was waiting for her. She remembered Malik discussing the need to sacrifice Piyush’s life and resolved to locate his spirit.

Meanwhile, Netra informed the Gehlots that Malik would reveal himself to them that day, leaving them shocked. Pratik, suspicious of the decorations for a tanrik puja, questioned if it meant someone’s life would be sacrificed. Netra confirmed his fears and asked who would be willing to sacrifice their life for Malik.
As tension built, Malik’s slave arrived, and Netra declared him the chief guest. She ordered Vikram to welcome the slave, but the slave attacked Vikram, accusing him of betrayal. Netra then escorted Malik’s slave away. Sumitra, alarmed, asked Bhavani Singh to call Suguna, while Pratik spoke ominously of their impending deaths.
Netra revealed to Malik’s slave that Piyush needed to be sacrificed for Malik, laughing at the thought of Piyush’s death. She instructed the slave to guard the old palace. Unbeknownst to them, Nikki overheard the entire conversation and realized the gravity of the situation.
