Mishri
On August 22, 2024, the drama in the television show Mishri reached a new peak. The episode opened with the preparations for Rakshabandhan in full swing. Sulekha, one of the characters, was busy organizing everything for the celebration. Ridhi, another character, demanded all the gifts she had asked for earlier and complained that she wasn’t ready because her dress wasn’t ironed yet. She searched for Mishri, who soon appeared. Ridhi asked her to iron her dress, but she was distracted by Raghav, who was engaged in a phone conversation.
Mishri chose to speak with Raghav, ignoring Ridhi, which annoyed Ridhi. However, their grandpa intervened, telling Ridhi that she was old enough to take care of herself. Raghav then informed her that he had spoken to a police officer who would assist her in finding the culprit she was seeking, allowing her to take revenge. This conversation was overheard by Ranjith, who became suspicious that Raghav might be plotting against him.
Later, Gopal was seen setting up a project in the hall. Chithra, curious, asked what he was doing. Gopal explained that Parvathi had asked him to arrange it so they could revisit some old memories. Chithra expressed her doubts, thinking that Parvathi wasn’t capable of planning something like this. Amidst these events, Vaani and her family made an unexpected appearance, leaving Sulekha puzzled about their intentions.
Sulekha was wary of Vaani’s presence and questioned whether she had come to cause more trouble. She was determined not to let anyone spoil their day. However, Chithra revealed that she had invited Vaani and her family, hoping to resolve the misunderstandings between Raghav and Vaani. Vaani’s father supported Chithra, believing it was the right thing to do.
Vaani inquired about Raghav’s whereabouts just as he arrived with Mishri, surprising everyone. Parvathi then asked Raghav to participate in the Rakhi ceremony with Ridhi, but Raghav declined, stating he had important work at school. Vaani sensed that Raghav was deliberately avoiding her. Suddenly, everyone’s phones buzzed with a notification, revealing a picture of Mishri and Raghav hugging, which left the family shocked.
Kalpana, another key character, confronted Mishri about the photo, demanding an explanation. She accused her of going to school under false pretenses and betraying Vaani, whom she had considered a sister. Kalpana even suggested that Mishri’s husband had left her because of similar behavior. Raghav, furious at these accusations, defended her, stating that the truth was unknown to them and it was their dirty thoughts, not her, that were the problem.
Ranjith then asserted that the truth was evident from the photo, but Raghav insisted they were jumping to conclusions without knowing the full story. Vaani, trying to calm the situation, asked for the truth, and Mishri narrated her side of the events, which led Vaani to console her.
Kalpana, however, was not convinced and sarcastically applauded Mishri’s explanation, accusing her of shedding fake tears and attempting to steal Raghav away. Ranjith added fuel to the fire by insinuating that poor girls like Mishri often tried to trap wealthy men to secure a better life. Kalpana questioned why Mishri hadn’t confided in Vaani or her family if her story was true. Raghav defended Mishri once again, stating it was her decision to speak up when she was ready and criticizing Kalpana for attacking her character instead of offering support.
As the situation escalated, Kalpana attempted to forcibly remove Mishri from the house, but Parvathi intervened, challenging Kalpana’s authority to make such a decision. The episode ended on a tense note, leaving the audience eagerly anticipating the next developments in this dramatic storyline.
