  1. Makhanas ko Roast karein: Sabse pehle, kadhai mein 1 Tbsp ghee garam karein aur usme makhanas ko 4-5 minute tak roast karein jab tak woh halka golden na ho jaayein. Phir ise alag nikaal lein.
  2. Gravy ke liye Preparation: Usi kadhai mein thoda aur oil ya ghee daalein, phir finely chopped onions add karein aur golden brown hone tak bhunein. Phir, adrak-lehsun paste daal kar thodi der tak aur fry karein.
  3. Tomato Puree aur Masale Mix karein: Ab tomato puree add karein aur isey achhe se mix karein. Thoda sa lal mirch powder, haldi, aur dhania powder bhi daalein aur medium heat par masala ko cook karein jab tak oil alag na hone lage.
  4. Matar aur Dahi Add karein: Masala pakne ke baad, fresh ya frozen matar daal kar 2-3 minute ke liye cook karein. Phir dahi daalein aur achhe se mix karein taaki gravy creamy aur thodi thick ho jaaye.
  5. Makhana, Malai aur Spices Add karein: Roasted makhana, cream aur garam masala powder daal kar 2-3 minute tak aur cook karein. Agar gravy bahut thick ho rahi ho to thoda paani add karein aur sab kuch achhe se mix karein.
