The events of 20th August 2024 unfold as Poonam hands over money to a man who questions the condition of the funds. Meanwhile, Aastha is on a mission to find both Poonam and Baani. In the midst of all this, Balwant’s men ridicule Poonam, prompting Baani to warn them. Rajat, on the other hand, advises Lavanya to focus on her business, though Lavanya is more preoccupied with dreams of a future with him. However, Rajat receives a call from his boss and decides to leave, dismissing Lavanya’s pleas to stay.
Badall Pe Paon Hain- Balwant’s men and Baani exchanged heated argument
In the marketplace, a heated exchange ensues between Balwant’s men and Baani. They complain to Balwant about Baani’s attitude, and in response, Balwant demands that Baani return his money. Baani, undeterred, promises to return the money the very next day. Despite Poonam’s evident worries, Baani reassures her that she will handle the situation. Meanwhile, Aastha gets momentarily distracted when Nandu drags her away to have some golgappe.

Rajat, meanwhile, is reprimanded by his boss for taking a half-day leave. His boss goes as far as to compare him to a junior intern, which prompts Rajat to argue back in defense of his actions. As a result, Rajat is burdened with a heavy workload. Later that night, Baani converses with Rajat in front of everyone, where Rajat informs her that he will be coming home late due to the extra work. Meanwhile, Gaurav attempts to get romantic with Shilpa in the kitchen. He even suggests that Shilpa ask Baani to let them use the room for the night, but Shilpa refuses and walks away.
Poonam, still concerned, asks Baani about the funds they need to return to Balwant. Baani, as always, assures her that the money will be returned. Unbeknownst to them, Aastha overhears their conversation and decides to expose Baani’s secret to the rest of the family, no matter what. Rajat arrives home later that night, where Bhishan questions him about his late return. Bebe criticizes Baani for Rajat’s decision to leave his business. However, Rajat firmly defends Baani before heading inside to refresh himself. Baani, noticing how tired Rajat is, feels bad for him as she feeds him.
The following day, Gini expresses her disappointment to Baani over not being able to wear branded clothes, but then leaves for college with Softy. Poonam offers to accompany Baani when she goes to meet Balwant’s men to return the money. However, Baani firmly refuses, insisting that she will handle them herself since she has the money. Aastha, who is eavesdropping, decides to catch Baani red-handed.
As Rajat and Baani head to work, they have an argument. Elsewhere, Gini turns down Rohan’s offer for a ride when she sees Softy and makes excuses to leave with her instead. Meanwhile, Baani is overjoyed to hear from Mannat, who informs her that her health has improved. Mannat, in turn, decides to buy a dress for Baani, and they enter an expensive dress shop together.
At the same time, Aastha, determined to follow Baani, is stopped by her clients who accuse her of causing rashes. She gets stuck at home, unable to follow through with her plan. Meanwhile, Baani faces another setback when she is forced to pay 9,000 rupees for a dress that gets torn. She advises the people at the shop before leaving with Mannat, who apologizes for the trouble. Poonam learns of Baani’s predicament and becomes worried. She demands that Rajat pick up Baani, and Rajat, in turn, informs Lavanya about the situation. Lavanya becomes furious over Rajat’s decision.
Baani later meets with Balwant’s men and gives them an interest payment, but they demand the entire amount. Feeling helpless, Baani doesn’t know how to resolve the situation. In the end, Rajat steps in to save Baani from Balwant’s men. However, the tension rises when Balwant himself arrives at the Khanna society, leaving Baani feeling nervous about what might happen next.
