On July 31, 2024, in the latest episode of “Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai,” tensions escalate as Abhira expresses her distrust towards Ruhi. Kaveri accuses Abhira of being insecure about Ruhi, claiming that Abhira does not trust Arman. Despite this, Abhira reaffirms her love for Arman, stating that Ruhi attempted to separate them but failed. Abhira argues that Ruhi is not a suitable partner for Rohit and questions if Rohit deserves true love.

Arman confronts Abhira, questioning her trust. Abhira reassures him, stating her love and commitment. Arman is afraid Abhira might leave him due to their past. However, Abhira assures him that no one can separate them.
Meanwhile, Ruhi is conflicted about Rohit. Manisha advises Ruhi to make a decision—either move on or accept Rohit. Ruhi, however, accuses Manisha of siding with Arman and Abhira. Manisha sternly tells Ruhi to stop pursuing Arman, leaving Ruhi shocked.

Kaveri decides to spend time with Rohit. Krish and Aryan inform Rohit that Kaveri did not watch the movie after he left. Kaveri is eager to watch a movie with Rohit, but she insists that no one will call Arman, stating that Abhira is important to him. Aryan and Krish support Arman, but Kaveri warns that anyone who goes against her will face consequences.
Rohit discusses a client issue with Sanjay, who manipulates him. Arman warns that Sanjay will ruin Rohit’s career. Rohit, feeling slighted, taunts Ruhi. Manish intervenes, slapping Rohit and telling him to stop mistreating Ruhi. He accuses Rohit and Arman of ruining Ruhi’s life. Ruhi pleads with Manish to stop fighting, but Manish, still angry, calls the Poddars ungrateful and decides to take Ruhi back. Kaveri, however, insists that Ruhi cannot go. Ruhi makes up her mind to return to the Goenka house.
Kaveri tells Vidya that Rohit should have a chance to fix things. However, Rohit plans to end his marriage with Ruhi, shocking Kaveri and Vidya. Manish approaches Abhira, asking her to represent Ruhi in the divorce case. Abhira questions why he wants her to take the case, and Manish explains that Kaveri cannot buy Abhira, which is why he is hiring her. Abhira decides to discuss the matter with Arman before making a decision.
In the precap, the Poddars learn that Abhira is representing Ruhi in the divorce case, leading Arman to question Abhira’s decision.
