  2. Cooking Vegetables: Ek kadahi mein 2 tbsp oil garam karein, aur ismein 1 tsp mustard seeds daal kar tadka lagayen. Jab mustard seeds crackle hone lage, to 1 finely chopped onion, 2-3 green chilies, aur 1-inch grated ginger daal kar bhunain.

  1. Tamatar Aur Masale: Ab ismein 1 chopped tomato daal kar bhunain jab tak woh soft na ho jaye. Phir ismein 2-3 tbsp sambar powder daal kar mix karein.
  2. Vegetables Daalna: Ismein chopped vegetables daal kar kuch der bhunain, phir soaked sweet tamarind ka pulp aur 3-4 cups paani daal kar boil karein.

Step 4: Dal Aur Final Touch

  1. Dal Mix Karna: Jab vegetables boil ho jayein, to pakayi gayi dal ko ismein daal dein. Sabko achhe se mix karein aur salt taste ke hisaab se adjust karein.
  2. Simmer: Isse 10-15 minutes ke liye dhimi aanch par pakne dein taaki sab flavors achhe se mil jayein.
  3. Garnish: Aakhri mein, chopped coriander leaves aur curry leaves daal kar sambar ko garnish karein.

Step 5: Serve
