On the 13th of August, 2024, in the ongoing drama, Deeya and Nishiganda found themselves in a dire situation, facing off against KaalSarpika in a desperate attempt to escape Naaglok. The tension was palpable as Vishtar urged Nishiganda to hurry, warning that the door to the mystical realm was closing. The scene was fraught with danger as Nishiganda, while trying to climb a rocky path, slipped, nearly falling to her doom. Deeya, refusing to let her fall, caught her in the nick of time. Despite Nishiganda’s plea to be left behind so that Deeya could deliver the Nagmani to Moksh, Deeya remained firm. She expressed that she was trying to rectify the mistakes of her past life by ensuring Moksh finds his true love in this one. Deeya encouraged Nishiganda not to give up and to keep moving forward.
Meanwhile, the Shikawat family received disturbing news from the doctor. Despite being on life support, Moksh was no longer getting enough oxygen. The doctor’s grave pronouncement left the family devastated—there was nothing more they could do to save Moksh.
Suhagan Chudail- Nishiganda and Deeya escaped
Back in the Naaglok, Nishiganda and Deeya, through sheer willpower and mutual support, managed to escape. Nishiganda noted that with the door to Naaglok now closed, KaalSarpika would be trapped until sunrise, providing them some much-needed relief. However, their respite was brief as KaalSarpika pleaded with Sahiba for another chance to retrieve the Nagmani. Sahiba, however, was unsympathetic, punishing KaalSarpika and lamenting how many times she had been outsmarted by Nishiganda.
At the same time, a dark force was stirring elsewhere. Maha Asur, revived through Raghunath’s ritual, harbored a burning desire for revenge against Nishiganda, whom he saw as a traitor. His plan was to exact his revenge by killing Shantanu, although Raghunath reminded him of his promise not to harm Moksh. Maha Asur conceded that while he wouldn’t touch Moksh’s body, he intended to destroy Shantanu’s soul.
Suhagan Chudail- Nagmani had begun to shine
Nishiganda and Deeya arrived at the Shikawat household to find Moksh in a perilous state. Nishiganda, knowing time was against them, insisted they start a ritual to save him before sunrise. She instructed Deeya to hold a diya (a small oil lamp) and ensure it stayed lit, no matter what. The two performed a sacred dance as part of the ritual, and soon after, Nishiganda noticed that the Nagmani had begun to shine—a sign that the time had come to place it on Moksh’s chest to revive him.
However, just as they were about to complete the ritual, Maha Asur stormed into the Shikawat mansion, vowing not to let them succeed. Nishiganda was shocked to see him, questioning how he could have been revived when she had turned him to stone. Raghunath, guilt-ridden, admitted that it was his doing—his desperate attempt to save Moksh had led to Maha Asur’s revival, but the demon had betrayed him after awakening.
A fierce battle ensued between Nishiganda and Maha Asur. Despite the chaos, Deeya managed to place the Nagmani on Moksh’s chest, successfully reviving him. Realizing she was losing the battle, Nishiganda became distracted, and Maha Asur seized the opportunity to strike her with his powers. Seeing Nishiganda in danger, Deeya, without hesitation, stepped in front of Moksh, using her locket as a shield. Maha Asur taunted her, claiming the locket would be useless against him.
But Deeya’s faith was unshakeable. She prayed to the Goddess, asking for the strength to face Maha Asur. In a miraculous turn of events, the locket broke, and its power flowed into Deeya. Empowered, Deeya created a protective shield around Moksh, even though it drained the last of her strength. With her final breath, she asked Nishiganda to look after Moksh forever.
In a final act of desperation, Maha Asur unleashed his most powerful weapon. However, when it collided with Deeya’s shield, a massive explosion ensued, destroying Maha Asur’s body completely. When the dust settled, Nishiganda slowly regained consciousness, only to find Deeya gone. Overcome with grief, she realized that Deeya had sacrificed her life to save Moksh.
As Moksh awoke, his first question was about Deeya’s whereabouts. With a heavy heart, Nishiganda broke the news—Deeya was no more. The episode closed with this emotional revelation, leaving the future uncertain for all involved.
