Suhaagan
On August 14, 2024, the episode of Suhaagan begins with an intense conversation between Prabha and Koyel. Prabha, feeling desperate, pleads with her sister Koyel to allow Swara to live in peace. She promises to leave the city, asking Koyel not to disturb Swara anymore. But the situation takes a surprising turn when Koyel realizes that Prabha has been secretly recording their conversation. The recording captures Koyel’s confession of her conspiracy against Prabha. Terrified by the potential consequences of this recording becoming public, Koyel panics and tries to retrieve the device. Prabha runs away, but Koyel eventually catches up to her. In a desperate attempt to silence Prabha, Koyel covers her mouth tightly to prevent her from calling for help. Just as the tension escalates, Swara arrives, searching for her mother-in-law, but she is unaware of what has transpired.
Meanwhile, back at the Sharma household, the family is celebrating the Teej festival with great enthusiasm. The family members perform rituals, praying for the well-being of the newlywed couples. Swara, too, prays for the protection of her family from any evil, hoping her plans will succeed.
Suhaagan- Koyel’s suspicious behavior
As the festival continues, Koyel returns home, visibly injured. Swara and the other family members are concerned about Koyel’s condition. Vedant, Koyel’s son, administers first aid and suggests she see a doctor. However, Koyel refuses, wanting to gain sympathy from Vedant instead. Swara, noticing Koyel’s suspicious behavior, senses that something is amiss. Koyel then instructs Swara to fetch some Ayurvedic oil, creating a distraction that prevents Swara from searching for Prabha.
Following Koyel’s orders, Dhwani goes to the storeroom where Prabha is held captive. In a shocking and brutal act, Dhwani strikes Prabha on the head with a heavy rod, causing her to lose consciousness. Dhwani then destroys the recording device, ensuring that Prabha cannot expose Koyel’s secrets.
After the festival celebrations conclude, the Shukla family leaves the Sharma house, unaware of the dark events that have unfolded. Koyel, feeling triumphant and proud of her cunning, returns to the storeroom. With malicious intent, she attempts to kill Prabha by releasing poisonous gas into the room, hoping it will slowly take Prabha’s life.
