In the episode of “Shaitani Rasmein” aired on July 27, 2024, the story unfolds with a tense confrontation between Nikki and Lothar. Lothar places Nikki’s head on the place to behead her. Nikki pleads with Lothar, asking how he can believe Pishachini and promises to free him and all the trapped souls. Lothar dismisses her, stating that she is just a human and cannot defeat Pishachini. Vikram, worried for Nikki, says his eyes are burning at the thought of her not returning. Lothar asks Nikki to prepare to die, revealing that he was a tantrik who worshipped Pishachini, only to be beheaded and have his soul trapped. He explains that he lost his son and now only wants release. Nikki recalls meeting Lothar’s son in Maru Bhoomi and tells Lothar that his son’s soul is wandering there. She begs him to help her free the souls so he can reunite with his son.
Shaitani Rasmein- Pishachini appears with a sharp weapon
Pishachini appears with a sharp weapon. Vikram gathers everyone, fearing Nikki will not return. Sumitra cries and hugs Vikram while Rachna keeps an eye on Malik/Piyush. Just as Pishachini is about to behead Nikki, Lothar picks up Mayuraditya’s skull and throws it at Nikki, calling out “Dulhan.” Pishachini stops, and Nikki seizes the moment to push her away and catch the skull. Nikki demands Pishachini follow her orders. Pishachini reluctantly agrees, acknowledging the skull as Mayuraditya’s last memory.
Shaitani Rasmein- Nikki commands Pishachini
Nikki commands Pishachini to open the invisible door, which she does. The pret tells Masaan pret that the Dulhan has succeeded, and they can now enter. Pishachini accuses Nikki of doing wrong, but Nikki counters that Aakaal Shatru killed Mayuraditya, and Pishachini’s actions have been harming innocent people and trapping their souls. She demands Pishachini free Lothar and the other souls. Pishachini releases Lothar, but vows that Nikki will never leave. Nikki, however, confidently tells Pishachini to look behind her. Pishachini turns to see Masaan pret and other prets breaking the skull wall to free the souls. Shocked, Pishachini watches as the souls are released. Nikki asks Masaan pret to perform Pishachini’s kapaal kriya along with the other skulls, so her soul can reunite with Mayuraditya’s. The cave begins to collapse as Pishachini shouts in despair.
Shaitani Rasmein- Nikki and Lothar escape the cave
Nikki and Lothar escape the cave. Nikki states they must cross a river to reach Maru Bhoomi, and Lothar, now a soul, helps her. They reach Maru Bhoomi, where Nikki introduces Lothar to his son. Lothar and his son embrace as other souls appear. Nikki asks Lothar to light a fire to the dry grass. As Lothar ignites the fire, all the trapped souls are freed. Malangi thanks Nikki for reuniting him with his father, and both Lothar and his son’s souls achieve mukti.
Back at home, Nethra tells Vikram that the doors are open, but Nikki hasn’t returned, implying they should prepare for the worst. As Nethra is about to kill them, Nikki appears. Vikram is relieved to see her, but Nethra questions how she escaped. Nikki retorts that it’s not Nethra’s concern, revealing that she brought what Nethra desired. Nethra, however, states it was Malik who wanted it and warns that he will soon reveal himself.
Shaitani Rasmein- Sumitra tries to approach Nikki
Sumitra tries to approach Nikki, but Nethra stops her and others, cautioning them against trusting Nikki. Nikki searches for Piyush and finds Malik/Piyush. He taunts her about almost dying at Pishachini’s hands. Nikki hugs him, and Malik/Piyush appreciates her for returning safely with Mayuraditya’s skull. Rachna silently signals Nikki to be cautious around Piyush, raising Nikki’s suspicions.
Precap: Nethra orders everyone to worship the skull, pretending it is Malik. Rachna informs Nikki that Piyush has become a rakshas, shocking Nikki.
