  2. Batter tayyar karein: Ek bade mixing bowl mein rawa, yogurt, salt aur baking soda daal kar achhe se mix karein. Phir ismein thoda paani daal kar batter ko smooth aur lump-free banayein. Agar batter bahut thick lage, toh thoda aur paani daal sakte hain.

  1. Steamer ko garam karein: Idli maker ya steamer ko paani se bharke garam karein.
