On July 31, 2024, Parineetii handed the FIR copy to the nurse, insisting that treatment should start immediately. The nurse admitted Neeti to the hospital while Gurinder was worried about her. Sanju thanked Parineetii for her help, but she told him it wasn’t his fault before leaving. Bebe questioned who informed her, and Babli admitted she did. Sanju acknowledged Babli’s timely intervention, but Bebe and others were skeptical about Parvathi. Parminder and Gurpreet supported Sanju, leading to Gurinder scolding them. When Neeti regained consciousness, she apologized to Sanju, expressing her inability to live without him. Sukhwinder pleaded with Parineet to convince Sanju to marry Neeti.
