Palak PaneerMethod (Vidhiyan)

  1. Palak aur Methi Patta ki Preparation
    Sabse pehle palak aur methi patta ko ache se dho lein. Phir dono ko roughly chop kar lein. Ab ek pateele mein paani ubal kar usme palak aur methi patta daalein. Inhe 2-3 minute tak blanch karein, taki ye soft ho jaayein. Blanch hone ke baad inhe thande paani mein daal kar thanda kar lein. Ab inhe ek mixer grinder mein dal kar smooth paste bana lein aur side mein rakh dein.
  2. Paneer ko Fry karna (Optional)
    Paneer ko chhote cubes mein kaat lein. Agar aap chahein toh paneer cubes ko halka sa fry kar sakte hain, lekin agar aap soft paneer pasand karte hain toh ise direct bhi add kar sakte hain.
  3. Tadka Banana
    Ek kadahi mein tel ya ghee garam karein. Phir isme jeera daalein aur jab ye phootne lage toh isme pyaz daalein. Pyaz ko halka golden brown hone tak bhunein. Ab isme adrak-lehsun paste aur hari mirch daal kar 1-2 minute aur bhunein taki ek achi khushboo aaye.
  4. Masala Tayyar Karna
    Ab tamatar puree ko tadke mein daalein aur ache se pakaayein. Isme haldi, dhaniya powder aur namak daalein. Masala tab tak pakaayein jab tak tel alag na hone lage.

    Masala ache se pakne ke baad, usme palak aur methi patta ka paste daalein. Is paste ko masale mein ache se milayein aur 5-7 minute tak pakaayein taki sab flavors ek saath ghul mil jaayein.
