Meanwhile, Ishana is practicing dance steps with Sowmya. She ignores a call from Mangal, which makes Mangal more anxious. Adit scolds Mangal for allowing Ishana to go out. Neha offers to call Ishana. When Neha calls, Ishana answers but lies, saying she cannot hear well. Adit takes the phone and orders Ishana to come home. Ishana reluctantly agrees and tells Sowmya she has to leave, claiming Adit is taking them out for dinner. Sowmya, feeling annoyed, calls someone to agree to a marriage proposal.
Mangal Lakshmi- Sanjana decides to spoil Diyas
At home, Lakshmi is busy preparing Diya’s by hand. Sanjana notices and decides to spoil them. Adit continues to scold Mangal for not looking after Ishana properly. Kusum defends Mangal. When Ishana arrives home, Mangal questions her about where she went. Ishana lies, saying she was at Sneha’s house working on a project. Mangal catches the lie since Ishana previously said she was going to Neha’s house. Ishana insists Mangal misunderstood. Mangal asks to see the project, but Ishana deflects, saying they wouldn’t understand it. Adit demands to see the project, and when he looks at the book, he gets angry. He then takes Ishana out for ice cream, dragging her along forcefully.
Mangal, confused and worried, discusses the situation with Kusum. She checks Ishana’s notebook and realizes there is no project, confirming her worries. Kusum tries to reassure Mangal.

Later, Adit returns home alone. Mangal, anxious, asks about Ishana. Adit reveals he has enrolled Ishana in a hostel. Mangal and Kusum are shocked and question his decision. Adit explains that Ishana has been lying and neglecting her studies, and he believes the hostel will help her focus. Mangal pleads for one last chance for Ishana to improve, but Adit refuses and insists Mangal pack Ishana’s luggage. Mangal argues that his decision is wrong and asks him to bring Ishana back.
Adit gets a call from Sowmya. She tells him that an important project file was deleted, erasing ten days of work. She asks him to meet at a coffee cafe to redo the project for a meeting the next day. Despite Mangal’s attempts to stop him, Adit leaves, citing an emergency.
At the cafe, Adit asks Sowmya if she has started working. She admits she lied about the project to get him to come. She then introduces him to her parents, who are waiting inside. Adit is frustrated but goes inside.
Back at the hostel, Mangal tries to talk to Ishana but is refused due to hostel rules. She learns that Ishana is doing well there and shares this with Kusum. Akshat, in tears, tells Mangal he doesn’t want to go to the hostel.
Inside the cafe, Sowmya asks Adit to meet her parents before they come outside. Adit, realizing the seriousness of the situation, says this is not a joke. Shalini, Sowmya’s mother, appears and asks why Sowmya is still there, thinking she had left. Sowmya introduces Adit to her parents. Shalini remarks that they look good together.
