Mangal Lakshmi
On August 4th, 2024, the episode of “Mangal Lakshmi” begins with Lakshmi returning home. Gayatri questions her about her whereabouts. Sanjana speculates that Lakshmi may have met Mangal, but Lakshmi denies it. Sanjana then asks Lakshmi to choose some flowers. Gayatri also wants Lakshmi to select flower hair accessories for the Teej festival. Lakshmi picks a design and asks the florist to use daisy flowers. The florist agrees, but Gayatri is disappointed and leaves.
Meanwhile, Kusum apologizes to Soumya for her past behavior. Soumya forgives her, and Kusum invites her to the Teej swing ritual. Soumya feels that Adit’s family is slowly accepting her, so she agrees to attend the function.
Mangal Lakshmi- Soumya surprised Adit
Mangal is busy decorating the swing and waits for Lakshmi to learn the dance steps. Ishana tells Mangal that it is okay if she cannot dance with her, but Mangal insists on learning and performing with Ishana at the function. Kusum sees Adit leaving for work and asks him to stay home, but he mentions an important meeting. Soumya arrives, surprising Adit. Kusum informs Adit that she invited Soumya, hoping his meeting would end early and he could return in time. Kusum then asks Soumya to decorate another swing while they get ready. Ishana offers to help Soumya, but Kusum tells her to prepare for her performance with Mangal.
Mangal Lakshmi- Karthik assists Lakshmi
As Lakshmi gets ready for the function, she suddenly experiences back pain. Karthik notices and helps her stretch to relieve the pain. Later, Karthik assists Lakshmi in getting ready. Sanjana and Gayatri enter the room and are shocked to see rashes on Lakshmi’s face. They all question Lakshmi about what happened. Lakshmi explains that she got rashes from the daisies. Karthik asks why she chose daisies if she was allergic to them. Lakshmi admits it was a mistake. Gayatri convinces Sanjana and Karthik to go to Adit’s house and let Lakshmi rest due to her rashes.
Soumya tampers with the swing, and when Kusum questions her, Soumya claims she is decorating it. Kusum then shows Soumya how to decorate the swing properly.
Karthik’s family arrives at Adit’s house. Mangal learns about Lakshmi’s condition from them and steps aside to video call Lakshmi. Mangal scolds Lakshmi for not taking care of herself and expresses her intention to visit her. However, Lakshmi makes Mangal promise not to come.
Karthik comments on the strong bond between Mangal and Lakshmi. Later, Kusum announces Mangal and Ishana’s dance performance. Akshat goes to play the music, but Soumya stops him, saying they must complete the ritual first as the auspicious time is running out. Mangal agrees to follow Soumya’s instructions. Soumya plots to make Mangal fall and injure herself by tampering with the swing.
