  1. Lobia ko soak karein: Sabse pehle 1 cup lobia ko raat bhar pani mein soak karein. Agar time kam ho, toh aap ise 4-5 ghante bhi soak kar sakte hain. Yeh beans ko soft aur cook karne mein fast banata hai.
  2. Lobia ko boil karein: Pressure cooker mein lobia daalein, thoda pani aur namak daalein. Isse 3-4 whistles tak pressure cook karein jab tak lobia soft ho jaye. Pani ko waste na karein, isse gravy mein use karenge.
  3. Masala tayar karein: Ek pan mein tel garam karein, aur usme jeera daalein. Jab jeera crackle hone lage, to chopped piyaz daalein. Piyaz ko golden brown hone tak bhunein.
  4. Adrak-lehsun paste aur masale add karein: Ab adrak-lehsun paste daalein aur 1-2 minute tak saute karein. Phir haldi, dhania powder, aur red chilli powder daalein aur achhi tarah se mix karein.
  5. Tamatar aur green chillies daalein: Tamatar aur green chillies daalein aur masale ko 5-7 minutes tak cook karein jab tak tamatar soft ho jaayein aur oil sides se release karne lage.
  6. Boiled Lobia ko add karein: Ab boiled lobia ko masale mein daalein aur mix karein. Thoda pani add karein (jo humne pressure cooker mein bachaya tha) aur 10 minutes tak simmer hone dein, taki lobia masala achhe se absorb kar sake.
  7. Garam Masala aur Dhania se garnish karein: Aakhri mein garam masala powder daalein aur ek do minute ke liye aur cook karein. Phir freshly chopped dhania leaves se garnish karein aur serve karein.
