On July 30, 2024, the Thakkar family faces a shocking incident. Savi finds Bhagyasree unconscious and tries to revive her by sprinkling water, but Bhagyasree does not wake up. Savi inquires from the Thakkar family why Bhagyasree is unconscious. The security guard explains that he found Bhagyasree in the storeroom, which was locked from the outside. Ridhi informs the family that Bhagyasree has asthma and is terrified of closed spaces, which might have caused her to lose consciousness. Isha, surprised to hear this, realizes she was unaware of Bhagyasree’s condition.

Tara, angry, demands to know who locked the storeroom from the outside. Aman accuses Isha, saying he saw her coming from that direction. Savi defends Isha, questioning Aman’s accusation and insisting that Isha would never do such a thing. Rajat sides with Aman, suggesting that if Aman saw Isha, it means she locked Bhagyasree in the storeroom. Savi argues with the Thakkar family, asserting Isha’s innocence.

Lucky intervenes, stopping the argument, and suggests focusing on Bhagyasree’s well-being. He mentions that he saw Isha elsewhere and she had no reason to lock Bhagyasree. Raju advises the Thakkar family to take Bhagyasree home and informs them that a doctor is on the way. The Thakkar family takes Bhagyasree away. Isha tries to explain the truth to Savi but doesn’t get the chance.

Later, Isha confesses to Lucky that she locked Bhagyasree in the storeroom and apologizes. Lucky, worried about the consequences, stops Isha from revealing the truth to everyone. He doesn’t want Aman and Mrunamyi to come together. The doctor examines Bhagyasree and reassures the Thakkar family that she is fine but needs to avoid stress. The family agrees to be cautious.
Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein- Savi takes Saisha
Saisha arrives, and hearing her voice, Bhagyasree wakes up. Saisha tells Bhagyasree that Savi brought her there. After a brief conversation, Saisha leaves. Savi takes Saisha to Harsh and Ashika’s house, only to find out they have gone to Delhi. Savi thinks Ashika doesn’t care about Saisha.
Bhagyasree asks Lucky to take Prashad to Saisha as she missed the Satyanarayana Pooja Prashad. Lucky agrees, and Rajat offers to accompany him. Rajat, in Saisha’s room, reminisces about her. Savi, meanwhile, entertains Saisha with a story. She notices that Saisha blames herself for everything wrong and feels sorry for her.
Ashika and Harsh return and show Saisha the gifts they bought for her. Saisha, however, says she wants to sleep and leaves. Ashika gives Savi a small gift for taking care of Saisha and invites her to court the next day for the first hearing of Saisha’s custody case. Savi questions why she should support Ashika, pointing out that Ashika also doesn’t spend time with Saisha, as evidenced by her trip to Delhi. Ashika explains that it was her last work commitment and she will now focus on Saisha. Savi, unsure of what’s best for Saisha, says it’s better for the court to decide.
The episode ends with Saisha expressing to the judge that she wants to stay with Savi.
